If you are having problems making or receiving calls we suggest you follow these simple steps.

1. Ensure you have an active, available Internet Connection. If yes, go to step 2.

2. Power cycle (turn off – wait 10 seconds and turn on) your SIP adapter (probably by SIPURA) that your phone is plugged into. If you are using an IP (Internet Protocol) Telephone, you should disconnect it completely and then reconnect it.

If you are using a ‘Soft Phone’ on your Laptop or Desktop computer and step 1. didn’t resolve the issue you should move to step three.

3. If doing a “Power cycle” on either your SIP adapter or your IP Telephone fails to correct the problem or you are using a ‘Soft Phone’ we suggest you call us at the above number.
