CALLER ID WITH NAME
Caller ID with Name features display of both NAME and NUMBER for the calling party on the telephone’s display screen. The feature will only work on telephones equipped with Caller ID functionality.

You will know both the telephone number and the benefit to you is that you may effectively screen incoming calls before answering.

CALL-WAITING CALLER ID WITH NAME
Similar to Caller ID with Name, the Call-Waiting, Caller ID with Name provides the added benefit of knowing who’s calling even if you are on the phone and the advantage of screening to put your current call on hold to take the incoming call. It is the same in all other respects.

CALL WAITING
Notifies you of second incoming call while on a call. The benefit is being able to switch between calls and never miss a call because of a busy signal on your line.
